Miso Soup

Hopefully, tomorrow, I'll be able to afford the two primary ingredients to start making my own Miso Soup:

• Miso Paste
• Dashi Powder
• Shiitake & Kombu Powder

This will cost me about $50, but I'll get enough to last probably the rest of the year. I'm also looking forward to making my own Ramen noodles, which will pair excellently with these two products. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a scale and a Pasta Machine (manual crank) with my next paycheck, or in July sometime. The Kombu powder is an add-on, because I love the flavoring, and it can go into all kinds of stuff!

I'm hoping you are able to master the art of making noodles, miso ramen is really good! Plus you'll be saving money too if you can stretch the ingredients out so it's a win overall!

I've got everything except the Shiitake & Kombu powder. But with only the two other ingredients, it's REALLY good!

Next month, I'll buy a Pasta Machine (the manual crank kind) so I can make my own ramen noodles too!
