This is a cute story I read many years ago about a teenage vampire who instead of sucking the life out of her victims, she spews blood in massive nose bleeds instead! And as odd as this is, it makes her a target from the normal Vampire Order.
If you're interested in watching the animated version of this story, it's been renamed to Karin. Why? I have no idea, only that Karin is the main character's name. Personally, I find the title Chibi Vampire more curious, inviting, and telling.
