While doing a bunch of research on character creation and development, I stumbled onto this fairly extensive character questionare that answers quite a few questions that I've simply forgotten about. I feel as I'm filling these out for my characters, that I'm breathing actual life into my characters, and I'm excited to see where the stories that these characters will tell take me.

Ooh this is a nice template! Mine were super basic in the past, but if I get back into roleplaying again I will use this template if you don't mind.
 
A lot of this is stuff I tend to include as well, but there's some stuff I haven't thought much on before, so I may have to start using those too. Like posture/gait- I forget to think about that a lot. Or describing their type of laughter. I never included that before, I don't think.
