I've studied this game for the better part of two months now, and as a result, I've adapted to the initial character creation process, moving from having a loose character concept going into creation, to just flying by the seat of my pants instead. I have found that this is less frustrating, because I'm not trying to shoehorn the randomness of the dice rolls into fitting my preconceived character idea. And it's also quite fun to watch a potential character life form before your eyes with each roll of the dice. (Luckily, I haven't died just yet!)
Anyway, now that I've experienced this style of character creation, now I'm on the look out for other games that use a similar Life Path system to generate characters. I'll admit that this is quite addicting!
