Why AI isn't taking our jobs....at least, not yet...

I could have sworn I posted this topic somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Anyway, a while back I posted something about AI not being ready to replace workers. Well, today, I have yet another example.

I'm in the process of creating my own role playing system, and because I'm rather isolated, and lack friends, I'm in the brainstorming phase--with using AI as a sounding board. (I know, AI makes a great echo-chamber!) But, it does help me forge a path through the jungle of my mind-- often what I've found myself doing is reading the first couple of sentences and then getting another idea on how to improve something it replied with. Anyway on to THIS topic. Just take a moment to look at the following screenshot.



Now, initially, everything looked good. Until I took a closer look. Just some quick math here? What's three times 20? Anybody? I'm just going to leave this here. Use a calculator if you're confused. LMAO.

THIS is why AI is not taking our jobs just yet. My basic four-function calculator is more brilliant than this fancy Artificial Intelligence stuff is!

i think it might change how jobs are done but at this stage AI needs human interaction to do any tasks.

I think AI can take over some jobs but there really should still be a human element to every single job out there. It can't fully replace humans when quality control comes into play.

I just wish AI could do my stupid Retail job so that I can focus on my writing instead. (And, we'd need Universal Basic Income or maybe completely do away with Capitalism and Scarcitism too.)
