Anyway...
I finally managed to upgrade the Media Library (and the forum software) to the latest version 2.3.10, and upgraded some of the other extensions (Credits, eCommerce, and Shop) for additional functionality. Looking through the release notes, it appears that some minor bug fixes were implemented and a couple security issues were resolved.
Note about the Credits, I am in the process of adding a new type of Credit, called Cypher XP. These will be earned in the RPG Unchained Reaction: Magical Misfits, because it appears we've committed to using the Cypher System. You will earn one XP for every 500 words posted (if my math is right), and I (the unofficial Game Mistress-- Goddess so help us, we're doomed.) will also be directly issuing XP. However, I'm having a difficulty with the conversion of Lumina to Cypher XP, which I hope to have the Developer resolve shortly. This could just be an idiot error (me). I'll keep you updated when this is finally resolved.
Speaking of other updates, yes, we have a new Role Play established, the Unchained Reaction: Magical Misfits. Currently we're in discussion about the exact setting and time frame this game will take place. But we do know that for a fact, this game will take place PRIOR to the current decade. Feel free to read the discussion for all the details! Anyway, as stated above, we'll be trying out the Cypher System with the Unmasked expansion for a better Magical Girl themed feeling.
And in terms of Role Plays, I'm still working on rebuilding the Magical Lyrical Strike Force game. For this game, I've determined that we'll be using the Big Eyes Small Mouth second edition RETRO rules. I just need to sit down and build the initial characters and world. However, this should be fairly easy, since the setting has already been established as within the anime of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, probably a few months after the conclusion of A's (the second season). That way we have Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate as mentors for all us noob magical girls!
