Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo is one of my all time favorite meals next to Lasagna and Spaghetti. There are certain restaurants I'd eat it from, but I'd rather eat them homemade over anything else.

What about ya'll? Do ya'll also like chicken alfredo?

I also use chicken broth, along with Broccolli.

I tend to favor broccoli with my chicken alfredo more so than just chicken and the noodles. It's a lot more delicious that way, but I do love chicken alfredo either way. I could eat it everyday if I add a choice.

I like cooking my broccoli separate with some lemon juice, then combining it at the last minute. That way the flavors pop, and I can better control the cooking of the broccoli. Not mushy, not too crisp. And not disintegrated all over everything. Perfection.
